Feature

The control system of the Sigle Action Stretching Hydraulic Press Machine has mode of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The process mode is divided into general process action and drawing process action. The four-column structure is simple, economical and practical, and the frame structure has good rigidity, high accuracy and strong anti-eccentric load capacity. Hydraulic control adopts integral valve assembly integrated system, which reduces leakage point, ensures reliable operation and long service life. The electric system controlled by PLC is compact in structure, sensitive, reliable and flexible. The working pressure and travel can be adjusted according to the process requirements within the prescribed range, and the operation is simple. By choosing the operation panel, not only the fixed-range and constant-pressure forming processes can be realized, but also the three process operation cycles of cushion, non-cushion and ejection can be realized. The machine is mainly used for drawing, bending and forming of sheet metal.
