How to use the pneumatic clutch type press machine?

  • Filling the gear oil , lubrication oil , balance cylinder oil , overloading protection pump tank oil etc in each place according the operation manual
  • Connect the main power
  • Start the slide adjust motor , check the main power phase is correct or not ( slide up , the die height digital display have to increase , if reduce , means the three phase need change phase )
  • Start main motor , adjust the speed
  • Press the Double hand operation button , running the machine
  • Adjust to the continue model , making press continue running
  • Check the machine noise , temperature , precision
  • Everything is ok , fix the punching die , start working
  • If have the servo feeder , have to connect with the servo feeder

 

How to choose the press model?

  • Have to provide the product drawings , our engineer will calculate the capacity and suggest the correct model and accessories
  • If no have the correct drawings , provide the samples , we will measure and check machine model for customer
